We've taken the Classic Burnt Basque Cheesecake - famous for its rich, creamy middle and deep caramalised top and added our own twist. Traditionally, there's no base, but we've slipped in our signature shortbread crust for a buttery crunch that takes it to next level. Still indulgent, just with a bit more bite.
