HOW TO ORDER
Our consultations are usually done via email, get in touch today by emailing contact@noughtsandcrosses.co.nz or filling out the online form below.
 
Cakes are booked on a first come, first serve basis. For wedding cakes we require at least 2 to 3 months notice and for smaller cakes we typically require 1 to 2 weeks notice. However, if you are looking for something last minute, get in touch with us as soon as you can as we will always try to accommodate for last minute orders.
 
 
PRICE GUIDE

Our creations are made to order therefore prices vary depending on how complex or intricate the details are. A general guide is below for something plain and simple:
 
SINGLE TIER
6” Cake (Feeds up to 25 people) – From $230
8” Cake (Feeds up to 35 people) – From $280
 
TWO TIER
4” & 6” (Feeds up to 30 people) – From $300
6” & 8” (Feeds up to 70 people) – From $500
 
THREE TIER
4”, 6”, & 8” (Feeds up to 75 people) – From $550
6”, 8”, & 10” (Feeds up to 110 people) – From $800
 
FOUR TIER OR LARGER
From $1000

STANDARD CUPCAKES
From $7.50 (Minimum order of 24, one flavour per 24 cupcakes)

MINI CUPCAKES
From $4 (Minimum order of 48, one flavour per 48 mini cupcakes)
 
Please note this is a price guide only. If these prices are outside of your budget, just let us know and we will do our best to work around what is realistic and affordable for you.


CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of being a small business, refunds are not provided. Cancellations made more than two weeks prior to your requested date will be issued a store credit to redeem at a later date (subject to availability) with no expiry.

Cancellations that are made less than 2 weeks before your requested date will incur a $100 cancellation fee and issued a store credit for the remainder. As preparation of your order is usually done within the two weeks prior - the $100 cancellation fee covers the work and time spent in the design process, administration, costs of ingredients/tools and for blocking out your requested date which results in the loss of potential sales. 

ALLERGIES
Although we try our best to accommodate for special dietary requirements, we are not an allergy free kitchen. All of our creations are prepared in the same kitchen where egg, nuts, gluten and dairy products are present.
